Healing overload

Tunnels snaked deeper into the crater with occasional larger and smaller caverns breaking the routine of the seemingly endless rocky tubes. Strange vegetation and fungi served as the only light sources that cast long shadows where ever the eery green light reached. Not a living soul was to be found in these ghastly caverns and their connecting tunnels...except for a lone creature in the back of one cave. This creature was a strange sight, indeed: Three bulging body parts, of which two smaller ones resided on top of the third larger one, rested heavily against the lifeless rock. Two thick limbs stuck out from beneath the larger pinkish orb, limbs that narrowed down toward the ends into...boots?

"Ngh, curse me and my luck!" a feminine voice grumbled behind the mass of the body and another pair of limbs reached around, this time from behind the smaller fleshy orbs. These limbs were shorter and sported extremities only recognizeable as hands. The limbs then grasped the top pair of flesh and heaved them to the side while more grunts and complaints echoed from behind the strange sight. A little moment later another extremity, a head, appeared from behind the round body parts. Brown hair circled around the head, forming into a long braid that descended all the way down to the rock floor. A pair of large green eyes placed a strained and worried frown on the body before them while pearly white teeth sunk into a thick lower lip.

Aeris cursed under her breath as she tried to get up. No matter what she tried her body wouldn't budge. She managed to peer at the small item a couple of feet away from her massive stomach, dribbling the little remainders of its liquid to the ground.

"First I get lost from the others, then I stumble into a horde of monsters, and then THIS happens. This can't be happening to me..." the swollen woman sighed heavily. Indeed, she had lost her way in the maze-like tunnels, and when trying to find the others Aeris had found nasty monsters of all kinds instead. Tonberries, goblins, even a black dragon or two. Each of these had drained her of her health whether she stayed to fight them or not, but luckily she had lost them into the sum of dozens of tunnels. She had found a nice small cave devoid of monsters and settled down for some rest. Tired and drained, Aeris had dug up this potion she had found from one of the strange boxes in this cavern complex. She had never heard of an item called Last Elixir, but surely the name would relate to healing, she had reasoned. Fortunately for Aeris she had guessed right and her wounds and strength had returned in an instant, but it hadn't stopped to that. The feeling of being filled with renewed energy hadn't stopped and her body started to adjust to the massive amount of healing. Before the woman had realized she had found herself swelling out of her clothes, and now she sat on the remains of her clothes shifting uneasily. She felt she was still being "healed" and with a worried gulp Aeris had the bad feeling of her already ridiculously swollen naked body not coming to a stop anytime soon...

Phew! There's something little to go with the picture.
This should be a good way to break my little drawing break nicely, dontcha think?
So, cutting straight to the point: This picture is a commission asked by ~Keitaro-K. He wanted a picture of Aeris/Aerith Gainsborough from Final Fantasy VII swelling to the max by having drank this mysterious item called Last Elixir. So here you are, then. I hope you like it.

Art wise, I like how the shading turned out. It matches pretty much the image I had in my head, so it's good.
Also, the shape of our baffled overhealed lady is lovely. One of the best I've drawn so far, I'd dare say. =3
